Shipping
Policy
Please allow 3-4 days processing on all orders.
If we happen to be out of stock for any item(s) ordered, we will
contact you to let you know what the turnaround time would be
and get your approval.
In
the unlikely event, that orders
are lost or damaged during shipping, UPS is solely responsible.
If there are any problems
please
notify us and we'll do whatever possible to have your
money refunded and will ship a new order ASAP.
WARM WEATHER Shipping Policies
If the destination of your purchase is 70 degrees or above,
you'll need to add a Cold Pack to the shopping cart ($7.00).
Also, you'll need to choose 2-day shipping as you check out.
We urge you to check your
region's weather forecast, and, if possible, place your
order during the coolest days. Andy's does everything in
their power to insulate and protect your products from heat
damage, however,
we do not refund heat damaged products.

we have no
control over the weather and we urge you to check your
region's weather outlook for the days your order will be
in transit.
We offer a cold pack shipping option/explanation for warm
weather
shipping, but we do not refund heat damaged products. |
